We stayed here for one night on the Danube Cycle Path. The food was delicious and the breakfast just right to start the day. The room was very nice and functional. Not so quiet due to the adjacent railway line, but a tired cyclist fades it out anyway ;-)

Very neat and cozy atmosphere. The food is freshly prepared and served by the friendly service. My herb-coated steak was spot on, big compliments to the chef. Highly recommended, definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back ..

Great cuisine, regional ingredients in perfect form, the best that a piece of meat could be. In addition, a pleasant wine list and sophisticated service. That's how I imagine a pleasant evening with guests!

You have to be aware that the inn is located directly on the train tracks and on the main road to Ehingen. So very loud. During our stay there was no entertainment and the inn was closed on the WE. So no food on site. Then had to go to Ehingen by bike. No problem here, as it is nearby. Breakfast was adequate, but unfortunately very short of time (8: 00-09: 15). All in all, modern and comfortably designed.

Spent a night there as a cyclist, everything was perfect. From the greeting, to the room, the possibility to adjust the bike, dinner and breakfast - I was satisfied with everything. The location, right at the level crossing, i.e. rail and road traffic, could put you off, but despite a light sleep, I didn't notice anything at night (and I had the corner room directly in that direction) The prices for the food are high, but absolutely justified due to the excellent quality. If you are not worth it yourself, you should stick to the frozen pizza! Breakfast was also very good and sufficient. Very friendly atmosphere. Very recommendable from my point of view.

The room was clean and perfectly adequate. The staff was really nice. There is a 1 star deduction for breakfast. It could have been a little more choice. But on the whole it was a pleasant week.

Great food friendly hosts clean tidy and spacious room.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed here. The meat was unfortunately not through and therefore not edible (chicken breast) When I criticized this, I didn't even get an "apology" - just a disapproving look instead. The landlady is no sunshine - I can understand why people are constantly looking for staff here. Yesterday's service staff was very friendly - big compliments to them. For me it was the first and last visit.

Restaurant with a very nice atmosphere and wonderful food. Higher price level absolutely justified. We will be back definitely!

We were able to celebrate a very successful birthday at Knupfers. The food was outstanding, the service very attentive and the ambiance stylish. Would we do that again anytime. Thank you very much.

Expert chef running the kitchen for 35 people as a one-man show. Very friendly. The train runs below your window however stops at night. You have a chemical factory releasing heavy smoke just next door. Luckily the wind was blowing opposite direction when I was there.

I spent two nights in this hotel/guesthouse in Dettingen. The breakfast is excellent. I didn't eat here because one day the restaurant was closed and the other day I had a fast food craving instead of a slow food craving. They're outdoor people friendly. I could store my kayak/canoe in their garage. It's 300 meters from the shores of the Danube.

New and nicely decorated restaurant. A few tables and subtle, relaxing background music create a very pleasant room climate that makes you feel good. There is also a small terrace for dining in good weather. The food is top notch. Greatly coordinated from the starter to the dessert. Served by very friendly and attentive staff. It's great what you can conjure up from regional products. Very clear recommendation for everyone who appreciates good food from the region.
